Webmark, I hope you read this as you were interested in the strategy.
I found another 'crude filter' for the 2NoHits strategy I presented my last 2 posts. Here is an excerpt of my current 2NoHitsRep(ort) file.
Keep in mind that this is true for the Texas Pick4 data but may not be true for your Pick4. CHECK your data file. In any case, deltas can reduce the number of combinations to play, as I explain below.

*** Frequency of the Pick-4 Strategy in 200 Draws ***
I added deltas. Subtract the two numbers involved in each hit and you have the delta. So 1 4 has a delta of 3, 2 6 has a delta of 4... etc. A few things to notice. 14/16 drawings use even and odd numbers. 6626 (2 6) is all odd and 9777 (7 9) is all odd. 14/16 hits use odd numbered deltas with 3 being the most dominant. Also keep in mind that the Standard Deviation of the deltas is 2. If you only play 2 number combinations with odd numbered deltas (25) then the maximum number of combinations per play would be 25x14 = $350.
By 2 number combinations (there are 45 that cover the 630 target for this strategy) I mean:
1 4 play 1114 4441 1144 all boxed
2 6 play 2226 6662 2266 all boxed
For the 6 sequences with double digit hits there are 4 hits within a skip of 1(2 drawings). Total bet would be 6x2x350 = $4200 while the total won would be $20000, for a profit of $15800.
I hope that illustrates how to refine this and any strategy.

I have received a few messages regarding lottery software strategies applied to LotWon. Some strategies have merit. But I am always skeptical, and will be. Nobody has an incentive to publish highly effective lottery/gambling strategies. They learned my lessons. If you publish highly effective strategies, you put yourself in the situation of playing AGAINST yourself.
My gambling theories and software display the bigger picture. They should only have done that. If you go into further details, like I have, you can only increase the number of winners. Cuz there is no doubt that the degree of certainty increases with the number of trials for a constant probability. They (those who have a strong financial interest vested in gambling, such as casinos and government-run lotteries) will tell you (actually, yell at you) that what happened in the past had absolutely nothing to do with the future. That is, you can flip the coin to show one million heads/tails in a row, or billions like-outcomes consecutively! They do scare the hell out of the faint-at-heart, don’t they, super crocodilule?
Now, effective strategies (as opposed to general-purpose or theoretical strategies) lead to counter-measures. That’s why the casinos do their best (worst, that is) to spot the real Ion Saliu or gamblers who apply Ion Saliu’s probability theories. For one, I have a terrible time just trying to find a place at a table in the casino and place a bet (even without consulting a notebook). How ‘bout them marquees at the roulette tables being turned off (frequently, rather than now-and-then…)?
Be mindful that such counter-measures are UNLAWFUL (ILLEGAL). They discriminate. Doesn’t matter what the discrimination grounds are in such cases. Many lawyers coined such legal terms as ‘discrimination on the grounds of skills’… Some go to the fullest extent of the law and file lawsuits on the ‘legal grounds of using a human’s mind’. Freedom of thinking is the first amendment of every contemporary constitution.
A human mind becomes the most precious legal ground even in the most oppressive societies. Let’s only remember here the Christian Inquisition (cuz it’s Christmas, baby…they started it a couple of months ago…) The Inquisition, from the orders and under the blessing of the Pope in the Vatican, cold-bloodedly burned at stakes human beings on the grounds of using a human mind. Back then, five hundred and a few score years ago, one had a mind; one used a mind, which is mostly usage of Reason; one would inevitably face the Inquisition and one would be burnt at stakes. They still apply that form of blazing cruelty today. You were born a Muslim in an Islamic nation. As in all nations and civilizations, the dominant religion of your birthplace is imposed upon you (sometimes, your gutsy parents fought the dominant religion and imposed upon you their maverick religion). Change your religion — and you dead, baby! Renounce religion and become a creature of Reason — and you dead, baby! This is the year of grace 2008! (The number of graces tends to Infinity.)
Still, Human Mind has never been burnt out! Curious thing to me is why Mind Civilization did not give to the Irrationals the taste of their own medicine? You know, after the decapitation of King Charles, they did some burning of the religious fanatics. The French revolutionaries did the same thing. But they all were wrong. Just an example. An idiotic fanatic like Jean-Pierre Marat decapitated a luminary like Lavoisier, in the name of Reason. So, no! I would never be able to give Irrationality the taste of its own medicine, the killing medicine it forced upon Reason. I might tie the Irrationals at stake and fake their burning. But I would release them. I would only kick their rear ends and let them free. I would also make sure they are free from any form of persecution. Examples are very good examples for the future.
My example would work best for the future. All humans, and I mean all Homo sapiens specimen/speciwomen, can do abominably bad things when faced with saving their own lives. Don’t burn at stakes the executioner, because you could turn to be an executioner…just to stayin’ alive…stayin’ alive…stayin’ aliiiiive… The devout Christians in the Dorney Party (1846 USA, just before the Gold Rush to California) ate their own kids in order to survive the deadly winter storm that pinned them down and under in the Sierra Nevada mountains. Christmas caught them right there, in a deadly beautiful Santa Claus Land! “I dream of a white Christmas!” … “Let it snow, let it snow, let snow!”… They didn’t have enough dead children, it appeared. So, they killed children who, well, were alive and kicking! And they ate ‘em kids… They fried their own kids…and ate them…to survive the wonderland white Christmas…
Merry Christmas…that’s what you’d say to me? I ain’t gonna eat you. I have such a reasonable taste that I would have definitely died in any Dorney Party. Even if they had celebrated the non-religious New Year, I would have died. For I can’t eat human flesh, even if I die. Hey, I can’t even eat mutton…call it sheep…not even lamb. That’s what I face every year during the s* of Christmas at work. My old-woman colleagues are strongly and staunchingly Christian. Do whatever you wanna do, old shrews! But live me alone! Don’t force me to smell all that s* you call meals! Just let me buy my coffee cup in the cafeteria and go to my car. I know, I should have taken you to court a tenth of a score-year ago…and every year thereafter. That would have stopped at least three of my vomiting sessions at home. I survive best getting drunk (preferably red wine, or cognac).
Plus, I have to hear all those shitty songs dozens of times, year after year… They play the Christmas songs incessantly over the public announcement phone system. Poor Jews or Muslims! There are none at my workplace (as far as I know…some could be really scared…they might keep their religion secret, as during the Inquisition, Pope Benedictus XVI!) But there must be a few million Muslims and Jews in the United States of A who are forced, openly, every year, to swallow the Christmas s* that the dominant Christians enforce upon them non-christians! Lucky me, I ain’t got no religion, so, no religiously enforced s* upon me feels like a sin! I am clean, again, spiritually…mentally, that is!
See what happens when you are overly nice…including strategies? You kill yourself, pal and gal! You are the most precious thing to yourself, pal/gal!
Go kick some a*, now! The best way to keep your sanity in place. Could be the best tactic to keep your life in place! That’s what they do to me now, and that’s what I do to them now. Hard to get to this message board after what I wrote yesterday! I checked the stats of my website. I saw links, plus links related to legal matters at saliu.com. I haven’t completed the article yet, cuz bad things always pop up in my life, especially this time of year.
The guys at Microsoft are in the deepest chiasm of insanity in their history. I can’t believe these things could take place! I had installed a 60-day trial of Microsoft Office 2007 (the whole concept itself is an exercise in insanity; you won’t find easily even a benign feature as the Help menu; yet, they advise you get your product ID by opening the Help menu!) Microsoft also pressured me big-time (twice a day) to take advantage of a $50 saving on the Home & Student version of Office.
I probably was sick and tired of the daily scheme. So, today, I purchased online. They gave me a download button. I downloaded once (without a product ID showing). I installed, but I could NOT find any installation of Home & Student! They sent me an invoice and a product ID. I downloaded again (no easy feast - over 200MB!) I installed again. Still no installation of Home & Student! I can only see the 60-day trial version of Office! Tried to send support to Microsoft. Another exercise in insanity. I looped several times. I always ended up at square one. An icon showing a wrench and the caption Error - but no explanation! And they also want to charge me for that! What the hell is going on at Microsoft? I remember way back when Netscape was under a tremendous pressure because of the success of Internet Explorer. Insiders at Netscape revealed how they had to dump their heads in the toilet bowls in order to cope with the killing stress. I don’t know what scared Microsoft so badly lately (just prior to Vista and thereafter). They behave like insane or as narcotics overdose usage!
But that’s nothing compared to my personal life. My ex-wife started a child-support lawsuit in 1989. She is a beneficiary of my risking my life to cross a Communist border. Anyway, I thought we put that behind us. Problem is, my ex-wife case was taken by an agency of the state of Michigan (Friend of the Court). They simply want to destroy me completely, totally, and unreturnably. I sent as much child support as I was able to. I sent the money directly to my ex-wife. She wanted it that way. The court agency I sent my money to first simply messed it up. Looked like they wanted the money for themselves, not for my daughter. There were delays and cuts.
Guess what? The Michigan agency calculated that I owed them almost a quarter of a million dollars (as of two years ago). Keep in mind, I worked as a farm laborer, or as a temporary worker. Pretty much close to the poverty line (sometimes under; I was unemployed for more than a year 1996-1997 and I had to resort to food stamps for a short while). They came down to some $92,000 just before Thanksgiving. Just before Christmas 2008, the Michigan convinced a similar Pennsylvania agency to freeze my assets. My bank account was frozen.
They don’t care how I would live: pay my rent, buy food, pay the utilities... They ignore my question. Actually, they ignored me altogether. They did not give me a chance, like informing me that they were going to freeze my bank account. They realized I was not exactly a wimp as soon as I started to complain. They (from both states) started to send me emails and written documents by postal mail. They should have done that before freezing my account. It is the freedom of information a citizen is entitled to. It is also a constitutional right to due process. Both state agencies still insist that I have no choice but die or kill myself! They ain’t gonna get it! I intent to go all the way to their legal destruction, even if I were to be endangered seriously.
The yearly correspondence from Michigan looked like a terrible joke. They ignored all my responses. They also ignored my ex-wife requests to stop their die-or-nothing effort against me. My ex-wife, as terribly as she might have behaved towards me, the guy who risked his life for her to live in USA, understood that my destruction would not bring her any good. But the Michigan agency kept harassing me with that a-quarter-of-a-million-dollars-in-debt threat. I’ve lived in the US for 23 years now. You put together all my income, even before taxes, and you won’t come close to a quarter-of-a-million-dollars! And they wanted a-quarter-of-a-million-dollars in child support alone!
The threats from Michigan were also very well orchestrated: Around Easter, and/or around Thanksgiving, an/or around Christmas. My ex-wife also started her hateful campaign on Thanksgiving Day 1988 and aggravated the feelings on Christmas 1988. There is no human being in this world who hates more deeply those three Christian days. And there is no more aggravating situation than to pressure me to celebrate those days with Christians! Not that I would accept celebrating with people of any religion! I wanted to send my parents, for the last time, Christmas cards with a check or two. I can’t do that anymore (the checks). But there is no way I’ll ever send religious cards ever again. Nor will I accept religious cards of any kind. As another form of harassment, my fellows at work tried to make me accept Christmas packages of the largest proportions ever! Add insult to the injury...they did it intentionally to irritate me. But, again, that pales compared to what I face with those legal bastards (in state agencies).
The law is meant to protect humans, not to destroy lives. That’s the spirit of the law.
