LotteryPost is not only the epitome of crass stupidity in lottery matters. They also want the distinction of pirates.

The members discuss freely about pirating my software.

The terms of using my free software are clearly expressed at my website.

Nobody may sell or otherwise distribute Ion Saliu's software without written permission from Ion Saliu.

Ion Saliu's software is for personal use only. Commercial use of any of these computer programs is strictly prohibited.

In defiance of the law, LotteryPost allowed a post such as this one:

The authorities will also be informed ASAP. Also, the respective ISP’s will be warned of hosting piracy.

I'm gonna have to agree with you there on the "epitome of crass stupidity" comment for Lottery Post Ion. There are a few, and I mean a very few that are pretty smart and knowledgeable on statistics but the rest are well, I think you said it best earlier.

I did not mean, by any stretch of imagination, that every participant at lottery post was an idiot! Matter of fact, I was a contributor myself! BRRRRRRRRAHAHAHAHA!!!!!

The worst thing, however, is their practices. Their admin responded to me by denying they do anything wrong.

Emailing computer programs between members is not legal. They are in the habit of sharing software as if it were email messages! I remember also when they discussed the REVERSE-ENGINEERING of lottery software, especially mine! I know, they are too idiotic for that task…but the law prohibits it. The administrator(s) must not accept posts that advocate illegal acts.

Thanks to all who did help me, in this case, and other cases as well.

Thanks Zulu, xavier102772 for your input. For the record: It’s none of you who informed me about the piracy requests.

On the other hand, it looks as if I might be turtle0747 in disguise. Or, I set up a sting operation in cooperation with turtle0747. IT IS NOT THE TRUTH. I am an individual and have no rights to organize sting operations. Only law enforcement may set up sting operations.

I checked with .org websites that accept reports regarding potential piracy. Some sites advertise on my website. The point is, emailing or other forms of exchanging software is illegal. Whoever is caught in the act will regret for the rest of his life. Pay hundreds of thousands of dollars in fines, plus other forms of punishment...for something that might have cost $15!
