I started in earnest the enterprise of self publishing my works in theory of probability. The main method is via self-publishing book companies. Having a book in print helps a lot the cause of copyright protection as well. You get an ISBN (International Standard Book Number), registration with the Copyright Office, and registration with the Library of Congress.
I already uploaded a Preview of my probability/gambling/lottery book at Create Space (Amazon.com). You can read more about my new endeavors:

Ion, that is wonderful. I am looking forward to reading your book.
In your software and theories you include the mean, and standard deviation. I for one, am also interested in the quantum weighted mean and deviation [in relation to that]. However, it would be great if it is explained in more lamer terms, with examples, in relation to lotto data.
Are you going to cover any of that?(or you may not even be remotely interested in the idea?!)
Much luck with your book!!! _________________ Camelia Sacui

Thanks a million, fata mea!
It is not very clear to me your point about “the quantum weighted mean and deviation”. I only know that the filters in my software calculate the mean average, median, and standard deviation. I don’t find the mean average too reliable (because of lopsided entries; e.g. extremely large or extremely low, like 0). I go more by the median when I apply the standard deviation. Let’s say the median is 100 and standard deviation 50. The degree of certainty is higher for the next filter under median (>=100). I can set the filter to min=(100-50)=50; MAX=101. That filter setting should hit consistently.
I will listen to the feedback (at Amazon.com too). If I understand the suggestions, and if I find them in tune with my principles — I will surely include them in my book. Right now, my problem is what NOT to include in my book! I put together pages that I published at my web site — the book would be too long!
The link at Amazon.com (Create Space) where feedback is possible (somehow) is:
The Preview is active for 1000 views, and then it is removed. It works on this principle: “One person, one view”. The error message is weird, though. If you try repeatedly to view my Preview, the system says: “The Preview you are trying to access is no longer available.” It should read something like: “You are allowed to view/download a Preview only once”.

No, it wasn't the mean average, but rather weighted mean in relation to quantum.
Reason why--->automated draws using quantum technologies.
Something to consider...
By the way, I have read the PDF preview file.
I will buy the book, ...and will post on the preview.
You are an amazing individual, person, and I want to see where you go.

Loyal Friends:
Please accept the sincerest thanks from your true friend, Ion Saliu, also known as Parpaluck!
The key concept here is: I finally decided to publish my works. It came an old friend of mine, a national of Marcel Boll, the author of a little probability book with the incipient Fundamental Formula of Gambling (FFG). In turn, Marcel Boll did not give due credit to a French/English mathematician and philosopher, Abraham de Moivre, who had figured the first step of the FFG. Unfairness considered or not, their unfairness led to the greatest discovery in the Universe! And I claimed it as my own, because of the Degree of Certainty, DC.
Unfortunately, this is also to announce that I will close posting on my message board. I need to take care of what’s most important to me right now — professionally and personally. Meanwhile, the bunch of my googoos already smelled blood. They must have guessed that I go through some problems. Thus, they feel this is a good time for them to harm me somehow. That is, let attack the Parpaluck! I noticed Dirty Dozen already started to litter my message board with all kinds of spam. Their intent is to make me waste a lot of time deleting the misery. Or, their highest hope is that I would be overwhelmed and thus incapable of cleanup.
This informative place would be invaded and sunk in a carpet of filthy weeds. Nobody would be able to read the useful information published here! So they fanatically hope that my ideas — and therefore the Truth — would be buried deep down into oblivion! Now, that’s insane wishful-thinking stupidity!
There is no big deal, though. We already reached the point of a vicious cycle. We had already started to present in my forums the same old, same old! We had started to present ideas and strategies and theories that are presented already. Do-over all over again! And again! Not to mention that the ideas and theories had already been presented in more detail at SALIU.COM.
No, I don’t say that my site and/or my message board represent the comprehensive presentation of the most truthful ideas in their respective fields. But it might take a while to see something new. Just compare to what you have found in other forums dedicated to probability, mathematics, gambling, lottery, to mention just the bulk of attraction to my sites. So, just read what’s already live! Message boards, forums, or, especially, SALIU.TOM.

Forum opened…all over again! Fait accompli! My book is already distributed, so no form of attack can do any harm…like impeding the writing, or the publication, or the distribution…
